5th Disney 5k is in the books.

Today I participated in my 5th Disney 5k in Florida. This year's run was called the Disney Happy Haunted 5K Trail Run and it was held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. It was a lot of fun but I kind of wished it wasn't actual trail run. I only say this because the run was at 7am and the ground was really damp and it got my sneakers really dirty.

Going to Miami

So apparently I have the worst luck when it comes to traveling to Miami......it always rains when I'm there. I would love to be able to hang out on the beach during my free time but that never happens. Oh well.

First Stop Buffalo, New York

This was my first time in Buffalo, NY. Growing up in Southern Westchester County in NY, you never thought of a reason to head up the far North. The drive itself is quite daunting. It is about 8 hours in a car through 3 states. I enjoyed the time up in Buffalo, it was close to the Niagara Falls so I made a stop by the falls (although I did not actually get to see the falls). I added a new a Hard Rock Cafe pin to my collection (I'll probably write an entry about that collection soon).

Fall 2012 Travel Begins!

Another Fall Travel season is upon us. This year, I find myself traveling anywhere and everywhere. Thus I am calling this the Fall Nomadic Travel Tour of 2012. This blog will be a collection of road stories, pictures, football highlights, song of the day, tv show conversation and many other tidbits along the way.

I love traveling because I love the interaction that I have with people from different places. I learn from them and they do not even realize it. My job is very rewarding in that sense.
